Pasco Cardiology Center, established in 1989, serves patients across Pasco County with physicians on staff at Medical Center of Trinity and Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point. The partnership extends Clearwater Cardiovascular's care model into a new market and provides area residents access to a broader range of cardiovascular services.

Jefferson has acquired Pottstown Medical Specialists, a physician group practice providing specialized medical services. Pottstown Medical Specialists filed for U.S. Bankruptcy Court protection. Rochester Regional Health has acquired Rochester Dermatologic Surgery in Victor, New York. The dermatology practice provides general dermatology, Mohs surgery, and cosmetic injectables. The practice, now operating as Rochester Regional Health Dermatology & Mohs Surgery — Victor, will continue at its current location with existing providers Sherrif F. HopeHealth to merge with Rural Health Services

HopeHealth and Rural Health Services plan to merge operations, pending approval from the Health Resources and Services Administration. Rural Health Services is a nonprofit community health center operator providing primary and specialty care services across multiple clinical sites to underserved populations. The merged organization would serve approximately 100,000 patients across 24 clinical sites in Aiken County and the surrounding region, contingent on HRSA approval.

Radiology Partners has agreed to acquire London-based Everlight Radiology for approximately $715 million, subject to regulatory approvals and closing conditions. Everlight provides teleradiology services — remote diagnostic imaging interpretation — to hospitals and imaging centers in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa through a network of over 800 radiologists across 40 countries. The company processes approximately 2.5 million reports annually using a follow-the-sun operating model that leverages multiple time zones. Radiology Partners said Everlight's current management will continue leading the business and client relationships will remain unchanged.

Golden State Dermatology has acquired Summit Dermatology, a dermatology physician group in Colorado Springs. Summit Dermatology provides medical and procedural dermatology services, including skin cancer screenings and Mohs micrographic surgery, and is led by board-certified dermatologists Kevin Whaley, MD, and Jeanne Osborn, MD. The practice will continue operating at its current Colorado Springs location with existing physicians and staff.

Momentum Health Partners expands investment in Desert Pain Specialists

Momentum Health Partners, a Phoenix-based firm, deployed additional capital into Desert Pain Specialists through its existing partnership with the interventional pain management physician group. Desert Pain Specialists provides pain management services in California's Coachella Valley. The investment will support the group's continued growth following its acquisition and integration of the practice of Roland Reinhart, MD. Momentum Health Partners' partnership with Desert Pain Specialists began in 2023.

Cityblock Health to acquire Homeward Health in all-stock deal

Cityblock Health agreed to acquire Homeward Health in an all-stock transaction with financial details not disclosed, the company announced Thursday. Homeward Health provides integrated primary care, behavioral health and chronic disease management services to Medicare Advantage and dual-eligible populations through virtual and mobile care teams focused on rural markets. The combined companies will serve nearly 250,000 people. Cityblock, which currently serves almost 200,000 members primarily in urban Medicaid populations, said the acquisition pairs its data and care-orchestration platform with Homeward's rural provider relationships and care model.

Concentra has completed its acquisition of four Minnesota Occupational Health medical centers in the Twin Cities region, with operations beginning August 17. Minnesota Occupational Health operated occupational health medical centers providing work injury care, physical therapy, drug testing, pre-placement exams, and workforce health services. The centers are located in Coon Rapids, Eagan, St. Paul/Midway, and Shakopee. With this acquisition, Concentra will operate 10 medical centers across Minnesota.

Union Community Care to acquire Berks Community Health Center

Union Community Care and Berks Community Health Center announced their Boards of Directors have approved a merger agreement, with deal value not disclosed. Berks Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center operator providing primary, preventive, and specialty healthcare services to Berks County residents regardless of ability to pay through multiple brick-and-mortar locations and a mobile medical unit. U.S. Dermatology Partners operates dermatology practices across 12 states and serves more than two million patients annually. The combined entity is one of the largest dermatology groups in the U.S.
